We do not guarantee anything. We will try to place bids as you schedule them however it is your responsibility to make sure they are placed on Trade Me.

Angry Bidder is at beta stage of development and there could be unexpected situations coming up which we will resolve asap.

We do not access or store any information which is made available to us by Trade Me via API except for the following:

• Your username
• Current listings in your watchlist (which we pull from Trade Me when you login to Angry Bidder)
• Bids you have placed using our site
